From brief to live in seven days. Offset Studios designs and builds fast, professional websites for local businesses — hospitality, trades, clinics and retail. Every project is quoted as a fixed price before any work begins.
Each template is a starting point, not a constraint — customised with your branding, content, imagery and structure until it reads as yours alone.
Designed to generate enquiries. Prominent click-to-call, rapid quote form, upfront pricing display and trust credentials — built for plumbers, electricians and service businesses.

A short consultation covering your services, customers and objectives, plus any photography or branding you have. That is all we need to begin.
We design and develop your site, then share a private preview link for your feedback and a round of refinements. Mobile-first, fast-loading, and structured to perform on Google.
Your site is connected to your domain, your Google Business Profile is configured, and everything is handed over. You retain full ownership of the site, domain and content.
No hourly billing, no subscriptions, no unexpected invoices — one fixed figure, agreed before work begins.
Every engagement is a one-off fee — you pay once and own the result outright. No monthly charges and no lock-in. Future updates are quoted the same way: fixed, in advance.
Offset Studios is an independent web studio serving the businesses traditional agencies overlook.
Local businesses are typically offered two options: a five-figure agency engagement over several weeks, or a DIY website builder that consumes their time and underdelivers. Offset Studios covers the gap — professional work at small-business pricing, delivered in days.
No account managers and no ticket queues. You communicate directly with the people designing and building your website, from first brief to final handover.
Your website, domain and content belong to you from day one. Should you ever move on, everything transfers with you. We believe ongoing work should be earned, not contracted.
If your question isn't covered here, send it through the enquiry form — initial advice is always complimentary.
Our websites start at $500 for a complete single-page site, with larger builds at $950 and $1,500. Every project is quoted as a single fixed figure before any work begins, so the price you agree to is the price you pay — no hourly billing and no surprises.
Most websites are live within seven days of our initial consultation. Larger Flagship projects may take slightly longer depending on scope, which we confirm upfront when quoting.
